Manual gearboxes are mainly composed of gears and shafts, which produce variable speed torque through different gear combinations; automatic gearboxes are composed of hydraulic torque converters, planetary gears, and hydraulic control systems, which achieve variable speed torque through the hydraulic transmission and gear combinations.
The manual gearbox hydraulic torque converter is the most distinctive component. It is composed of pump wheels, turbines, and guide wheels, which directly input engine power to transmit torque and clutch. The pump wheel and the turbine are a pair of workbenches. They are like the relative positions of two fans. The active fan blowing will drive the other passive fan blades to rotate, and the airflow-wind has become the kinetic energy transfer medium.
If the liquid replaces air as the kinetic energy conversion medium, the pump wheel will be driven by the rotation of the liquid turbine, and then the transmission efficiency of the liquid between the pump wheel and the turbine will be improved.
What's the function of agricultural gearbox？

Precautions for using an agricultural gearbox
The gearbox of agricultural machinery is a key component of agricultural machinery. Its main functions include: achieving the purpose of changing speed and torque through hydraulic transmission and gear combination; Change the transmission ratio; When the rotation direction of the engine remains the same, the agricultural machine is driven backward; Use neutral gear to interrupt power transmission, so that the engine can start and idle, and facilitate transmission shift or power output. In the long-term use process, some faults and abnormal noises can not be avoided.
First of all, we should regularly check the technical status of the steering device and positioning system of the gearbox of agricultural machinery. During transportation, keep driving at a medium speed, try not to use the emergency braking device, and do not let the gearbox work overload frequently.
